pudding

Ingredients: 300gr of last year's bread, 1/2l milk, 1dl cream, 60gr butter, 100gr white sugar,
1 package of vanilla sugar, 3 eggs, a handfull raisins, 1oogr dryed but moisted abircots, 125gr
marzipan, 1/2 lemon, 1 small spoon cinamon and some pecannuts

boil the milk with the white sugar and poor it over the pieces of bread, stur the egg yoke with
the cream and vanillasugar and add to the bowl with bread

make a mixture of the cinnamon, raisins, abricots, marzipan, butter and lemon peel
add all to the bowl and poor in a pastry mould fixed with butter
bake in a preheated oven for 45 - 60 minutes on 180°C
